Hundredfold connects your crop budget, your cash rent and today's grain bids, so you know your break-even and every decision shows up in dollars for your farm. Use it every week, not just at budget time. It doesn't promise to predict the market.

Start with one of three example farms or enter your own numbers. Leave a box blank if you haven't reviewed it yet; zero counts as a real entry. Your farm is saved in this browser, so it's still here when you come back.
Fictional Iowa corn and soybean farms with realistic numbers: costs and cash rents are based on Iowa State University Extension 2026 benchmarks. Pick one to see how the app works, then change anything.
Enter what you spend in a year. A cost for one crop, like corn seed, goes in that crop's column and is divided by that crop's acres. A cost you can't split by crop, like general insurance or depreciation, goes in Shared and is spread evenly over all acres. The whole-farm total adds the three columns automatically. Leave a line blank to keep the number already in your budget.
Principal payments and family living aren't expenses, so they don't change your profit or taxes. But they're paid from crop income, so they go into your cash-flow break-even. Enter yearly totals for the whole farm. Interest goes in the budget as an expense: land mortgage interest under Land, operating interest under Overhead.
Cash-flow break-even = cash costs + loan principal + family living: the price you need to make every payment. Cash cost break-even leaves out principal and living. Total cost (incl. depreciation) break-even also adds non-cash costs (machinery depreciation and your own labor) to show whether the farm covers wearing out its equipment. Hauling, drying and storage scale with yield; other costs stay fixed.
Revenue only, with no expenses. Acres come from Farm Setup. Yield and price are shared with your Budget, so a change here shows up there too.
Same acres and price, with yield up or down from what you expect.
Prices out renting a farm: each offer replaces the land costs, and everything else comes from your Budget (corn).
Uses the total costs from your budget, including land. Yield runs down the side and price across the top.
Save the current inputs as a named scenario. A saved scenario is a snapshot, so later edits to your budget won't change it. In this prototype, scenarios are kept in this browser only.
Your data, your copy: you can export everything at any time. Paid plans will add secure cloud sync, PDF reports, and sharing with a lender or landlord.
Each line lists what to include and the IRS Schedule F category it's usually reported under, so a budget lines up with your records at tax time. This is a guide for organizing records, not tax advice.
